Group Adventure Volunteer Experience

11 days - 10 nights / $1,200 USD donation per person for the Projects (supplies, guesthouse fees, transportation, fresh drinking water, airport pickup and transfer, etc)

Day 1: You have arrived in Siem Reap!

We will make the beginning of this experience easy by meeting you at the airport and taking you strait to your hotel. The rest of the day you are free to relax and explore exciting Siem Reap. In the evening head down to Pub Street where you can find the Night Market for shopping and eat.

Day 2: Amazing Beautiful Sunrise Angkor Wat Temple Visit

You will depart at 5:30 am in the morning for the sunrise at the temples of Angkor Wat. After sunrise, you will walk across the road, and be first at the fabulous jungle temples of Bayon, Bapuon, Phimeanakas, Elephant Fighting, and Ta Prohm. After the exciting morning exploring we will enjoy our lunch at a local restaurant and take you back to your hotel.

Day 3: Local School and Donation Project

At 8:00 am, you will travel to the school in a village and community where you will be greeted by many smiling and cute faces. You will have option to assist the school like teaching an English class, playing games with kids or helping the staff in whatever they need help with.

You can have the option to make a donation to the school such as water filters, water wells, toilet facilities, and supplies for children at this time.

We will enjoy a local lunch and then in the afternoon around 4:00 pm, we will travel back to Siem Reap and you will stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Bus from Siem Reap - Battambang & Bamboo Train 

At 8:30 am, you will leave from Siem Reap to Battambang. Upon arrival in Battambang, which will be around 11am you will be transferred to your accommodation at the hotel. This is a fabulous time to relax and there are lots of great places to eat and enjoy your new surroundings.

In the afternoon at 2:00 pm you will take the Bamboo Train outside the town. The Bamboo Train is one of the most fun attractions for tourists in Battambang. Then you will head back to your hotel.

Day 5: Amazing Ancient Temples Adventure

When you awaken, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast and coffee at the hotel. Then, you will be picked up, driven through the villages, and head to the natural resort of  Phnom Sampov mountain. On top of the Sampov Mountain there is a Buddhist temple which is home to female monks who meditate and practice Buddhism. But not only visit the temple, you will have the opportunity to visit three natural wells named Pkar Slar, Lo Khuon, and Ak So Pheak.

We will enjoy your lunch at local restaurant and then travel to visit the amazing ancient temples of Prasat Barsaet, Prasat Wat Ek, and Prasat Banan. After this you will head back to Battambang to relax at your hotel.

Day 6: Bus from Battambang – Phnom Penh

At 8:30 am, you will leave from Battambang to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, which will be around 2:30 pm you will be transferred to your accommodation at the hotel. This is a fabulous time to relax and there are lots of great places to eat and enjoy your new surroundings.

Day 7: Your Incredible Journey through Phnom Penh  

Get ready for some beauty as you will be visiting one of the most beautiful Royal Palaces which is home to The Silver Pagoda decorated with plenty of precious treasures. Then we will continue on to a part of the history of Cambodia where you will visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.

After this we will have lunch and you will visit the National Museum where more than 5,000 objects including  Angkorian Era statues and artifacts are being displayed. We’ll head back to the hotel for a well-deserved rest or dip in the pool in the afternoon.

Day 8: Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville - Koh Rong Samloem

On to our next adventure you will depart at 8:00am and leave Phnom Penh to go to Sihanoukville. Once you get to Sihanoukville, you will hop onto a speedboat and have time to travel from Sihanoukville to Koh Rong Samloem while enjoying the beautiful scenery as you travel upon the boat. The trip will last for about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Koh Rong, you will be taken to your hotel. Once at your hotel you will be able to enjoy the beaches and amazing views Koh Rong offers.  

Day 9: Koh Rong Samloem – Sihanoukville – Kep

Please be ready at 3:00 pm to go on the boat trip to take you back to Sihanoukville. Once you are back in Sihanoukville, we will transfer to Kep and you will enjoy a sunset along the river as you cruise by ship around 4:00 pm.

Day 10: Kep-Beach Trash Pickup Volunteer Experience

After your breakfast at 8:30 am our tour guide will take you to the beach of Kep to pick up plastic. Volunteers can carry a plastic trash bag with you, so that you can collect your trash until you are able to find a trash can.

After this you can enjoy your lunch with delicious seafood in the beach area of Kep. In the afternoon you will travel to visit the amazing landscapes of old temples and churches on the mountain. Then, travel back to your hotel to relax and eat dinner.

Day 11: Kep – Phnom Penh International Airport

After breakfast this morning, you will be picked up and transferred from Kep to Phnom Penh Airport. We will be ending our adventure together here, and will be wishing you the best of luck on your future adventures.
